InMark Media Welcomes Photography Intern Tara Murphy
InMark Media is pleased to welcome, Tara Murphy, one of inMark Media’s first and newest Photography Interns. Tara is currently going to be a senior in the fall at Manhattanville College, located in Purchase, NY. She is driven to continue pursuing a career in the Photography field while studying to get her degree in May 2018. Her double major in digital media production and studio art make her a strong asset to the inMark Media team.
Tara is a driven, creative, and dedicated student who has many goals in mind. Not only does she attend Manhattanville College as a full-time student with a 3.7 GPA, she is also their intern photographer for their Office of Communications on campus. In her spare time she also teaches Ballet, Modern, Jazz and Irish dance at the Pound Ridge School of dance. She states, “Staying busy and constantly learning is what keeps me going and motivated, I always want to be doing something to better myself, my community, or the people around me in any way possible.” While staying busy this summer at inMark Media, she will also continue to teach dance, intern at Faviana International in Manhattan and work on her own photography freelance business, Taralaurenarts.
At inMark Media, Tara holds a very important responsibility. She is constantly planning new photo shoots and designing layout ideas for our social media. Moreover, Tara appreciates being able to work with such creative talented people. She expresses how open, collaborative and driven the team is and how she loves the relaxed comfortable work space. With that being said, Tara feels inspired by being around the team and able to approach each of them with no problem. She feels that “The team wants you to get involved, voice your opinion and make things happen. Not only do they want you to add to their company, but they want you to take away and learn as much as possible from your experience here.”
